Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have announced they are parting ways, after being married since 2014. Together they have raised three children – Zaire (16), Zaya (13) and Kaavia (12). Additionally, Wade also has two other children from previous relationships.

Recently, this couple caused considerable debate when discussing their finances during an interview. When discussing splitting bills 50/50 they provoked conversations regarding gender roles within marriages and spurred renewed conversations regarding equality in relationships.
